We were honored to welcome distinguished guests to the headquarters of our orchestra: a delegation of railway executives from the Visegrád countries, led by Zsolt Hegyi, CEO of the MÁV Group. This special occasion for us took place within the framework of the V4 Rail CEO Summit conference.
Our guests were welcomed by Csaba Sukta, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the MÁV Symphony Orchestra Foundation, together with our colleague Nóra Dreiszkerné Czvikli, Production and International Relations Manager. During the visit, participants received a comprehensive overview of our orchestra’s unique history, operations, and international partnerships, while also experiencing the distinctive atmosphere of our headquarters.
As a highlight of the program, the Orchestra’s Cello Ensemble gave a surprise concert in the rehearsal hall, which was met with great appreciation by the members of the delegation. At the conclusion of the visit, our guests were introduced to our sustainability initiatives and also visited the trees planted in our garden in honor of our renowned guest artists.
