INSTURMENT INTRODUCTION WORKSHOPS FROM AGE 3 TO 8
Our Music-Map series for pre-school and school-age children is a playful session introducing young audiences to a family of instruments.
The workshops are led by flute-player and music teacher Edit Székely.
STRING INSTRUMENTS
We will become acquianted with all the members of the string instrument family. We will see if the violin can be played without a bow, sing with the velvety viola, dance to the music of the cello and count if the largest string instrument, the contrabass, has the most strings. During the interactive sessions, we will play the most beautiful chamber music for strings from the music literature.
